I studied classical clarinet performance at Esmuc (2007-2011) and subsequently completed a master’s degree at the Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik Karlsruhe with Wolfgang Meyer (2011-2013), supported by a grant from the G\u00fcell Foundation (2011). I combined my studies with courses and classes with other professors such as Eduard Brunner, Andreas Sund\u00e9n, and Vicent Alberola, among others. Professionally, I have collaborated with the OBC, Festival Strings Lucerne, Barcelona 216, Cobla Sant Jordi, GIOrquestra, and Franz Schubert Filharmonia. <\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/article>

I was a founding member of Meraki Ensemble and composer for its two productions. I am also a member of the theater company Anemisko and its shows Hem vingut aqu\u00ed a deixar les coses clares<\/em> (2017), directed by Jordi Oriol, and L\u2019important \u00e9s participar<\/em> (2024). I have served as musician and musical director for the show Laberint Striptease<\/em> (2019, Companyia Roberto G. Alonso), Guillermotta<\/em> (2021, directed by Jordi Prat i Coll), Jo, travesti<\/em> (2023, written and directed by Josep Maria Mir\u00f3), and as a clarinetist-actor in the Caixaforum family shows El col\u00b7leccionista de paisatges<\/em> and Papageno & Cia<\/em>. I also performed in the musical La jaula de las locas<\/em> playing clarinet, alto saxophone, and bass clarinet (2018-2019). <\/p>

Recently, I was pianist\/clarinetist in the play Els Criminals<\/em> (2024), directed by Jordi Prat i Coll at the TNC, and arranger of the music for the show Olympia<\/em> (2025), directed by Carlota Subir\u00f3s at the Teatre Lliure de Gr\u00e0cia.<\/p><\/div>

I have primarily written chamber works (tres peces blaves<\/em>, Neuma Quartet; Caucua\u00fcc<\/em>, B\u00e4rhof Ensemble; Tres sospirs i una festa<\/em>, Azahar Ensemble), music for plays (Kentucky ha muerto<\/em>, Laberint Striptease<\/em>, Perros de caza<\/em>, etc.), musicals (73 raons per deixar-te<\/em>, El zoo d\u2019en Pitus<\/em>, La granja animal<\/em>), and various other shows (El patito feo<\/em>, T\u00edteres Etc\u00e9tera show; Mar\u00fanica<\/em>, dance show by Cia. Roberto G. Alonso; L\u2019invent de la doctora Larsen<\/em>, Camerata XXI show; El primer hivern<\/em> and Can\u00e7ons de Troia<\/em>, by Meraki Ensemble, among others). <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/article>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

This year, 2026, I have composed the Cant\u00e0nia L\u2019\u00faltim rellotge<\/em> (L\u2019Auditori) with Tina Vall\u00e8s, composed and arranged the music for the show Al cor del Liceu<\/em> (Gran Teatre del Liceu), and composed and will musically direct the musical El retrat de Dorian Gray<\/em>, co-written with Marc Rosich (Focus).<\/p>

I am also an arranger and orchestrator and have worked for the TNC (Taxi al TNC<\/em>, Per comen\u00e7ar<\/em>, Sarsuela<\/em>, L’aplec del remei<\/em> and Se’ns n’ha anat el Santos al cel<\/em>, all directed by Xavier Albert\u00ed), L\u2019Auditori (Cantagran 2019-2020 Mare Nostrum<\/em>), the Grec Festival (Nit de musicals<\/em> 2015 and 2016), the Barcelona Municipal Band (Tarda de Musicals<\/em> 2021), and Murtra Ensemble (Stravinsky<\/em>), among others.<\/p>

I have been a music professor at the Institut del Teatre since 2021 and previously taught analysis and composition for the Master’s in Musical Theater Creation, promoted by E\u00f2lia and Taller de M\u00fasics.<\/p>

I also contribute to the radio program Tots els matins del m\u00f3n<\/em>, where I host a musical analysis segment called Les coses petites<\/em>.<\/p>

In 2016, I received the Butaca Award for best composition for the musical 73 raons per deixar-te<\/em>; in 2022, the Teatre Barcelona Award for best local musical for Guillermotta<\/em>; and in 2024, the Teatre Barcelona Award for best local musical for Jo, Travesti<\/em>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
